Infant Cardiac Array

The Infant Cardiac Array (ICA) is designed to accommodate sick premies, term newborns and infants up to 3 months. All of the neonatal patient factors are addressed with ergonomic, easy to use design, base, pads and straps. The array is also designed to accommodate intubated patients (on a ventilator).

40-100% SNR improvement is seen with the ICA over adult sized counterparts without significantly compromising uniformity. Optimized design offers enhanced signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) over the newborn heart, torso, (liver, abdomen, pelvis) and extremities.

The ICA package includes the infant cardiac array, base, pads and straps to ensure proper positioning without compromising safety and comfort of the newborn.


The ICA is compatible to 1.5 Tesla MR and 3.0 Tesla MRs from major OEMs.
